I'm Spencer Bronzi, a Professional Spiritual Guide & transformational coach dedicated to helping people strengthen their leadership of self, expand their awareness, and develop a deeper understanding of who they are and how they move through life.
While many people seek support when they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain, my work is equally valuable for those who are already performing at a high level and want to continue evolving personally, professionally, and spiritually.
My role is to help clients uncover unseen limitations, challenge blind spots, strengthen self-awareness, and develop the clarity, discipline, and perspective necessary to create meaningful and lasting change. Whether through personalized coaching, lineage-based teachings, or a combination of both, I help individuals build a stronger foundation within themselves that naturally reflects into every area of life.
No two people are the same, and neither is the work. Every individual arrives with a unique set of experiences, goals, challenges, and aspirations. Because of this, my approach is tailored to the person in front of me and built upon the foundation of where they are today and where they desire to go. How I Landed Where I Am Today….
For most of my life, I have been driven by a desire to understand how I fit into the equation. I have always been fascinated by human potential, purpose, and what it truly means to live a fulfilling life. While my journey has taken me through athletics, industry, personal development, and spiritual training, the common thread has always been the same: understanding who we are, why we are here, and how we can contribute our unique piece to the larger puzzle of life.
I spent over twenty years playing competitive hockey at a high level, where I learned the importance of discipline, structure, teamwork, accountability, and consistent effort. Sport taught me how to pursue meaningful goals, work through challenges, and continue showing up even when the results weren't immediate.
Following my athletic career, I built a successful career as an Operating Engineer in the petrochemical industry. From the outside, life looked good. I had a solid career, stability, and many of the things people work hard to achieve. Yet despite those accomplishments, I still found myself asking a question that many people quietly ask:
"Is this it?"….
Not because life was bad, but because I knew there had to be something more.
That search led me into meditation, personal development, and eventually energy healing and spiritual training. What I found was not an escape from reality, but a deeper understanding of it.
What resonated with me most was that it was tangible. It was structured, ordered, professional, and practical. It provided a higher level of understanding of the world we live in, how I fit into the equation, and how I could consciously participate in creating my life rather than simply reacting to it. It helped me understand that fulfillment isn't something we find outside of ourselves, but something that emerges as we become more aligned with who we truly are and what we are here to contribute.
For more than seven years, I have been studying and practicing energy healing, spiritual development, and personal transformation, and for the past five years I have worked with individuals both one-on-one and in group settings. Through coaching, mentorship, classes, and personal development work, I have had the opportunity to support others in creating greater clarity, confidence, direction, and fulfillment in their lives.
Today, my work brings together the lessons I've learned through athletics, industry, coaching, leadership, and spiritual development.
My passion is helping people strengthen their relationship with themselves, uncover what is holding them back, and develop the awareness, structure, and action necessary to create meaningful results in their lives.
Ultimately, my goal is to help individuals align more fully with who they are, so they can create a life that is not only successful, but deeply fulfilling.
My Approach:
Most coaching focuses on goals, habits, and accountability. That the change in mindset will lead to transformation. While these are important Parts Of The Equation, I believe lasting transformation begins with something deeper.
At the foundation of my work is the understanding that true growth occurs when our actions are aligned with who we authentically are. Through a combination of awareness, structure, intentional action, and reflection, we uncover the patterns that shape our lives and develop practical strategies to create meaningful results.
